Thought Partnership is an ongoing 1:1 coaching relationship for leaders who value having a trusted space to think.

Rather than following a structured program, the work evolves alongside the realities of your role, supporting you as new challenges, decisions and leadership questions arise.

Thought partnership provides a confidential space where you can think openly about the decisions, dynamics and responsibilities you carry.

Our conversations allow you to slow down, examine situations carefully, and respond with greater clarity and intention.

  • are navigating complex relationships or decisions
  • want a space to think beyond the immediate pressures of their role

Many clients are already experienced leaders, founders or professionals who value having a trusted external perspective.

How the work unfolds

Thought partnership is typically offered through regular 1:1 sessions.

Sessions are usually 45 minutes and can be scheduled weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on your needs.

Some clients begin this work after completing the Aligned Leadership engagement, while others enter directly into an ongoing partnership.
