There are different reasons people come to coaching. You might be navigating a period of personal or professional change, stepping into leadership, feeling stuck in an area of your life, or looking for meaningful development for people within your organisation.
Whatever brings you here, my approach is warm, thoughtful and grounded in psychology. I create space to slow things down, understand what is really going on and explore what might need to change.
A space to think
Most of us are operating at speed.
We spend a lot of time responding to work, relationships, responsibilities and everything else competing for our attention.
Coaching creates an opportunity to slow that down. With enough space, we can become more curious about what is happening, notice things that might otherwise be missed and explore different ways forward.
We don’t add more noise. We create room that’s where clarity begins.
An Individual Approach
I don’t work from a script.
Psychology informs the way I work, but I’m interested in you, how you make sense of things, what matters to you and what might be getting in the way.
That means coaching can move between practical challenges and deeper exploration depending on what emerges and what feels useful.
We think things through together, and if a psychological tool or approach becomes useful, then we can bring that into the work too.
Psychological depth
Sometimes what initially brings us to coaching isn’t where the most useful work ultimately happens.
A challenge around confidence, leadership, communication, relationships or decision-making can reveal beliefs, assumptions or patterns that have been operating beneath the surface.
We can explore these with curiosity, deepening your self-awareness and helping you understand how they may be shaping the way you think, feel and respond. With greater awareness comes greater choice about what you want to keep, what you might want to change, and how you want to move forward.
I enjoy my work…
My work is more than a job to me. When you choose to work with me, you receive my full support and commitment. I care about the work we do together, and I genuinely want to see you flourish.
While I take my work seriously, I also believe coaching should be an enjoyable experience for us both. To me, that means we both look forward to our sessions and leave feeling that, even when they have been challenging, they have always been worthwhile.
And then there are the lighter sessions. We might leave feeling like we’ve just had one of those really great conversations that makes you feel more alive. We may even have had a laugh or two, because sometimes this work is at its best when we stop taking everything quite so seriously.
My work is built on foundations of respect, honesty and a deep desire to facilitate your journey towards fulfilling your potential.
A confidential space
People often bring complex situations, difficult decisions or sensitive relationships into coaching. Sometimes they also bring things they haven’t felt able to say out loud elsewhere.
Whatever comes into the room is treated with care, respect and confidentiality, creating the freedom to think and speak honestly.
How we work together
Some people come to coaching with something specific they want to work through, while others begin with a broader sense that something needs to change.
There are two main ways to work with me privately, depending on what you’re looking for.
12 Weeks of Coaching
12 × 40-minute sessions | £300 per month (£900 total)
For those who want to go deeper, 12 weeks gives us the time and continuity to explore what’s happening beneath the surface, develop greater self-awareness and work towards meaningful change.
We’ll meet weekly (online), allowing the coaching to develop naturally around you and what emerges along the way, rather than following a predetermined programme.
If you’re considering working with me over 12 weeks, we’ll start with a free 20-minute discovery call. It gives us a chance to meet, talk about what you’re looking for and see whether working together feels like a good fit.
Single Coaching Session
60 minutes | £150
Sometimes you don’t need an ongoing coaching relationship. You might have a particular decision, challenge or situation you’d like the space to think through.
A single session gives us time to explore what’s happening, look at it from different perspectives and consider what you want to do next.
Coaching for Organisations
I also provide one-to-one coaching for people within organisations, from emerging leaders to those navigating greater responsibility, complexity or change.
Organisational coaching is arranged separately and can be offered as a standalone engagement or as part of a wider development programme.
